Introduction#
The Amadeus Discover White Label is a simple and powerful tool to allow travelers to browse, search and book activities from the Amadeus Discover catalog, inside an interface that reflects your organization’s branding. The White Label can be customized by Amadeus Discover not only to reflect your organization look and feel but also to better accommodate functional, commercial and technical needs of your use case.
Your instance/s of the White Label are identified via a dedicated channel Id that will be provided to you by Amadeus Discover.
This channel Id will guarantee that the travelers consuming the White Label are presented with the proper offers and branding and that the bookings made through it are attributed to your organization.
The White Label can be consumed as either standalone application or a widget. Both implementations can expose the same views and have the same level of configuration and customization options that will be detailed in the following sections.
Some features are only available (or relevant) to one of the two modes; these distinctions will be clearly highlighted when encountered.
Booking Flow#
In the White Label, the inspiration, catalog navigation and booking experiences all happen inside the application, through orchestration of calls to the Discover Quick Connect booking flow.
Note
Past iterations of the White Label worked differently, with the inspiration and catalog navigation phase of the customer journey happens inside the application interface, while the booking is finalized through the activity supplier web page through either redirection or iframe embedding (depending on supplier limitations) This mode (known as Affiliate Mode) is still available for integrators with specific needs.
White Label flavours#
